The "country" of Russia arguably did not exist at the time of Asimov's birth. A contest that is pedantic enough to give the answer it gave for the number of Laws of Robotics is certainly pedantic enough to strain at that gnat.
I'm probably being overly pedantic about "University of Massachusetts", though, and I'm sure they would have accepted "Amherst" as an answer.
